i am hoping you know what i am talking about here, the tragic disappointment when someone does not absolutely adore the food you suggested as the most delicious ever. today, for example, i absolutely insisted to take a group of 6 people down to habiba knafeh after a big lunch (first mistake) to try the best dessert ever created by man (some argue a nabulsi man)-probably woman anyway: knafeh. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kanafeh
so, imagine this, for 6 adults i ordered 2 half-portions (several just would not even fu**king try it) and we only ate 1.3 of the total and threw away a perfectly nice juicy honey drenched the 0.7 piece. shame. shame. i am almost broken hearted. but... knafeh is still the best thing ever no matter what others think. okay?
