food in the air

food has a different meaning when you are traveling for long distances on a plane. i suggest: 1. the pretense that one is in a normal setting like being in a restaurant with a couple of hundred strangers, 2. to pass the time, and 3. to be thankful for the food on the surface of the earth.

their website says: "Royal Jordanian is one of the few airlines that offer its Economy Class passengers three meal options to choose from (beef, fish or poultry) on any flight of over two hours duration." (the picture is not %100 true to reality, especially not my hair colour) i chose chicken, better than expectations and the meal killed an hour off the 13 hour flight across the atlantic.

Bon appetit y bon voyage!
